We went to the Ag Expo Saturday. They had several events going on so it was a lot of fun plus being able to see and visit with people you don’t get to see very often.

 

They had a kids tug of war with some donkeys it was pretty funny.

 

I just love these little guys I tried to talk Andy into letting me get one. Wasn’t even going to go for it lol.

 

It is so much fun watching the little 4 H ers working their steers especially when the steer is bigger that they are.

They had a log sawing area that they let kids help saw a log, then they got to put a brand on the piece that they cut off, and keep it.

There were several people out. And lots of booths to visit.

The weather has been so nice. It has been great to let the kids go out and play and burn off a little energy. I went out and made my to do list for the yard, it is only 4 pages long haha I have so much to do.

Still working on taxes will be so glad when we get them done so I can move on to bigger and better things.

300 a Month,

Didn’t do too bad this week. I needed some dish soap ( I have to get some soap made ) half a gallon of milk, some frozen ravioli, Epsom salts, eggs, lettuce, tea, mushrooms, spinach and a loaf of wheat bread.

So I spent 34.90

Add this to the months 42.42 +34.05 for 77.32 for the month. That leaves me 226.68 for the month.

Add this to 536.35 for the year 536.35 + 77.32 is 613.67 spent for the year.

I have 2986.33  left for the year. It looks pretty good this time of year come fall through I make up for it since that is when I buy most of my food for the year.

Goals,

And again this week been busy working on taxes so I didn’t get anything in the kitchen, sewing table or fiber arts done this week. More than likely won’t have time for any this week either. So I will just move on to the daycare.

Diet and Fitness,

Have been doing my workouts every day I did miss Saturday since we left for the Ag expo early and I had to run to town after we got back from it. I am still working on the trainings for the beach body coach, really looking forward to getting this off the ground.

Menu for the week

Breakfast

  1. Cream of Wheat
  2. French Toast
  3. Cheese omelets
  4. Oatmeal
  5. Pancakes

To these I will add toast or fruit.

Lunch

  1. Chicken Noodle’s
  2. Grilled Cheese
  3. Tuna Sandwich
  4. Beef Noodle’s
  5. H.M. Hot Pockets

To these I will add  fruit, crackers, or something as a side dish.

Dinner

  1. Meatloaf
  2. The fire Dept is having a cook out after the pac test so we will be eating there.
  3. Baked Raviolis
  4. Chicken Fried Steak
  5. Stroganoff
  6. Rotel H.B. helper
  7. Leftovers Saturday or Sunday

To these I will add a vegetable or appropriate side 

Snacks

  1. Animal Crackers
  2. Cereal
  3. Apples
  4. Granola Bars
  5. Cheese crackers

Andy’s Snacks

  1. Cheese cake
  2. Peach Cobbler
