Sorry I missed last week I will just add last week’s spending into this weeks.

Well we are buying a shop, Andy has wanted one for a very long time. It will be nice, now he will be able to work on stuff out of the weather and will be able to get so much more done in the winter. We bought the building but we will have to put it together.

Andy and I were talking the other day about retiring, I have decided the only way that we are going to be able to do this is have everything paid for and be as self-sufficient as we possibly can. I made a list of things we still need to do and get to be able to do this. I have been working towards being self-sufficient but now I am going to work at it extra hard. I am also going to work at producing things that I can sell to help with a income to buy the things that we can’t make ourselves.

We got our blood work back from the health fair everything looked good except my iron levels, a normal is 40 and above mine was 19. I kind of expected this, as tired as I have been and the lack of energy the past few months. I am taking a lot of extra iron trying to get it built back up. I don’t know why but when I get low then get it built back up I don’t stay on top of it. You would think by now I would just automatically take extra iron all the time but oh no that would be way too easy.

Our wedding anniversary was this past Friday, The kids wanted to take us to dinner but Andy said why not do a dinner here at the house it would be a lot cheaper than going out. (You can tell he isn’t the one to have to cook and clean up). So we had Dinner with all the kids Sunday evening. We cooked out, although we thought for a while we were going to get blown and rained out, but it settled down long enough to cook and eat before it got nasty again.

300 a month

This will be for the last two weeks. I needed to get rice, eggs, water, bananas, butter, tea, coffee, coconut milk, strawberries, cheese, chipolata chili powder, penne pasta, lettuce, spinach, corn chips, chicken breast, and stuff for baked beans, and molasses. I spent 104.84 not off to a good start this month.

So 104.84 for the month with 195.16 left for the month.

Add this to the 963.35 spent for the year 963.35+104.84 for 1068.19 which leaves me 2531.81 for the year.

As I said before I have got to start making my own dairy products again even if I have to use store bought milk and I need my garden to get doable.
