Hi everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am running a fitness challenge group. It is a closed FB group. You can do any workout you want and any eating plan that you like.It doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey. Just starting, trying to lose several pounds (like me), just trying to tone up, or trying to get in to better shape and more healthy.
It is just a small group to help and encourage each other If you would like to be added just let me know. Either leave a comment or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is going to be a great group and I have lots of separate challenges planned.
