Homemade Starch

How many of you still Iron? I do although not as much as I use to, I figured the t-shirts that Andy wears under his shirts just didn’t need it anymore among a few other things. I use to spend hours ironing and it just seems I don’t have the time for some of the unnecessary things and some things I just iron as needed ( I know horrible but it seems I have no time nowadays). When I do though I like to use this recipe because I don’t have to worry about running out, or all the chemicals in the store bought. plus it is super easy to make and way less expensive than store-bought.

Homemade Startch
1-pint cool water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Dissolve cornstarch into water and put into a spray bottle (be sure to label your bottle). You can also add a drop or two of essential oil, for a light fragrance to your starched laundry.
Make sure to shake before each use to redissolve the starch. If you don’t plan on using it often, make small amounts or refrigerate the unused portion; however, make sure to let the mixture return to room temperature before you use it.
