300 a Month, Goals, & Menu.

On the 20th of October, we had an open house for the Fire Department to show our new burn building. Didn’t really have a very good turnout.

On the 26th we preg. checked cows we went ahead and had the vet come out to do it this year. Andy has done it in the past but said he doesn’t do it enough anymore to be positive and this year we really need to know if we have an open cow. We did good this year and only have one open.

We got the chicken coop resided and insulated, I thought maybe a day to get it done but nooo it took 2 weekends but at least it is done.

Well, it’s hunting season again. Can’t believe it is already November where has the year gone? We left last Friday and set up camp when we got there. We usually try to set it up the weekend before but we had to have a zipper put in and it wasn’t ready till Sunday ( you know nothing like waiting till the last minute to get something done haha). It was just Andy and I and that tent was a bugger to get up. There were a few times I wasn’t sure if we were going to get it up. It is defiantly a 3 to 4 person job, not 1 1/2 I am pretty sure I was only 1/2 haha. I didn’t stay ever night came home for a few days since I have been trying to declutter and organize my house I do believe I have way to much crap stuff. We didn’t get anything Andy’s ankle is bothering him so he wasn’t able to do a whole lot of walking. It was nice to get up there away from everything though even if we had a couple pretty cold days.

We had a wedding to go to on Saturday so we just stayed home that night then went back to camp Sunday to take it down.

300 a month,

Well I spent a whole lot more then i had really planned but City Market had there real good sale that they do about once a year so I bought  cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, pastas, cheese sauce, beef and chicken broth, a case of apples, Andy some ice cream, some more pumpkins, tea, coffee t.p., flavor oils for candy, dish soap, pink salt, foil, broccoli, bread, shelled pumpkin seeds, dishwasher soap, blueberries, cashews, flour tortillas, bleach, and some clearance sale Halloween candy. As I said I didn’t do very well. I spent 316.95 So I am already over for the month. so add this to the year total of 1969.30 add 316.95 for 2286.25 for the year. And that leaves me 1313.75 for the year.
